The Space:
Welcome to Bentley Retreat, a two-level Quechee home designed for easy group time and quiet corners alike.
Enter through the mudroom, where you can drop ski boots, hiking gear and bags before stepping into the main living spaces. The laundry room is just off the kitchen, making it easy to refresh clothes after a day outside.
The kitchen sits at the heart of the first floor and is equipped for shared meals, with a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, cookware, dishes and glassware. Start the morning with either the regular drip coffee maker or Nespresso machine, then gather at the nearby dining table for meals, games or trip planning.
From the kitchen, move into the vaulted great room. A large sectional faces the wood-burning fireplace, while the open loft and curved staircase give the room an airy feel. Just beyond, the separate game room adds another place to spread out, with two arcade cabinets, a Roku TV, books, board games and a children’s play area.
The main-level queen bedroom is located just past the game room on the right side of the home. It includes a Smart TV, a dedicated desk setup with monitor, keyboard and mouse, a walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bath with a jetted tub, separate shower and bidet toilet. A convenient half bath is across from the game room.
Upstairs, the curved staircase leads to the remaining bedrooms. The first bedroom at the top of the stairs has a queen bed, desk, closet and room to settle in. The twin bedroom sits along the upstairs hall and includes two twin beds, a dresser, children’s books and kid-friendly décor. At the end of the hall, the final queen bedroom has a desk and closet and can be closed off from the twin room for additional privacy. The upstairs full bath, with a tub/shower combination, is at the top of the stairs on the right.
Outside, begin the day on the covered front porch with its rocking chairs. The back deck off the living room has seating and a propane grill for outdoor meals. Across from the parking area, a wooded fire-pit setting with a Solo Stove and nearby picnic table offers a relaxed place to end the evening. Firewood is not provided, and outdoor furniture is seasonal.
Guests have access to a two-car garage and two additional driveway spaces, for four vehicles maximum. The home is pet-friendly for one dog up to 50 lb; a pet fee applies. Please note: there is one exterior entry step and 14 carpeted stairs to the upper floor.

This home uses keyless entry for self-check-in; your door code is sent by email and text within two weeks of arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request (subject to availability). Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Renters can also enjoy the state-of-the-art aquatic center featuring an indoor & outdoor pool with an active kid's zone. In the winter months, Ski Quechee is our featured amenity. Open Friday through Sunday, take the family out for an exciting day on expertly groomed terrain. You can enjoy our wonderful base lodge and après ski gatherings with activities for the whole family. The Club also maintains heated platform tennis with warming huts through the cold months to keep your paddle game sharp. The Club features a full winter recreational calendar, including snowshoeing, x-country skiing, sledding, and much more! Outside of our seasonal offerings, there is so much more at Quechee. The Club offers a modern fitness center with daily fitness classes and top-notch equipment. Hiking trails are spread throughout the community woods. Quechee is home to several special events and incredible dining experiences.
