My family of 4 adults stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect!! Sitting outside on the patio in the evening was great. All the beds were super comfy and there was room for the whole crew to sit together or go to our own space to relax. The washer and dryer and full kitchen were a huge plus and I appreciated the convenient parking and 1st floor location. Moab is a good town to visit and close to the parks! Lots to do here also. Would highly recommend this exact location again.

Great location to all things Moab. Very nice condo, well appointed. I am only dinging the stars down to 3 from 5 for 2 reasons: 1) the ad states that one of the bedrooms has a queen bed and none do. 2) the pool key provided does not work on the fence. We called the property manager and they sent someone out within an hour. The property manager told us she would be back the next day with a new key. She never showed up nor did they contact us again.
