The Rim Village community is located just six miles away from the activity of downtown Moab and 12 miles from the breathtaking natural formations at Arches National Park.
This single level condo is truly charming. The bright and cheery living room has a fireplace and a cable TV, perfect for curling up and relaxing after a day of adventuring. This space opens into the fully stocked kitchen, where you can easily make and share meals with friends and family.
Step out on the private patio and watch the sunset over the La Sal Mountains while huddled around the firepit with your favorite people.
Inside, there are three bedrooms - one with a king-size bed, another with a queen, and a third with two twins. There are two additional rollaway beds and two full bathrooms, which means there's plenty of space to accommodate up to eight guests. Each bedroom has a cable TV.
Other amenities include complimentary WiFi, central A/C, a two-car parking garage, and a private washer/dryer.
You'll have access to the shared community pool from April to October and the hot tub from February through November. Spend your days hiking and biking along nearby Moab Rim or Slickrock Trail. Everything was awesome except the front door bolt was extremely tricky and no garage door opener, so we had to go back and forth through the house when leaving in the car. We weren't told about the lock box, but finally figured that out the last day. Otherwise, we loved the stay and will check on it the next time we come to Moab.

The condo was very orderly and clean when we arrived. Everything about this condo was perfect and we loved it! The location was perfect and so peaceful and quiet, a wonderful place to relax in the evening after we had been out hiking all day long. We nicknamed the place "Our little hacienda"Thank you for a great stay!
