In addition to crockery and basic utensils, it features a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, among other practical appliances to help you throughout your day.

Both bedrooms are harmoniously decorated in neutral tones, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. They are equipped with comfortable double beds and practical built-in wardrobes to comfortably store your belongings. The great magic of the bedrooms is the direct access to the stunning outdoor patio.

Access to the unique terrace is from the bedrooms, through wide sliding glass doors that flood the interior with natural light. This private outdoor space, framed by natural rock, is equipped with a table and two chairs, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee outdoors or share a relaxing drink at night.

The apartment has a complete and modern bathroom, equipped with a spacious shower cubicle. It has all the necessary amenities, including towels and toiletries for your total convenience.

Given the excellent proximity to Campanhã Station (the city's main rail and bus hub) and the Campo 24 de Agosto Metro Station, you will have unparalleled mobility. Board a train to travel back in time to the cradle of the nation in Guimarães, marvel at the Baroque splendour of Braga, stroll on the typical moliceiros along Aveiro's canals (the 'Portuguese Venice') or set off to discover the magical vineyard landscapes of the Douro Valley. The ideal setting that combines neighbourhood tranquillity, Porto's vibrant centre and the ease of travelling throughout the entire region!

The area is well served by public transport. There are several bus lines nearby with connections to Porto city centre. The nearest metro station is approximately 10 to 15 minutes on foot, with a direct connection to the city centre.

By car, Porto city centre is approximately 10 to 15 minutes away. We recommend using Uber or Bolt for getting around the city. Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (OPO) is approximately 20 to 25 minutes away by car.

This property has a self check-in system with a key box (padlock), and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
