Neighborhood
A transitional zone between Oak Lawn/Medical District and northern Oak Cliff—quiet tree-lined residential streets with townhomes and small apartment buildings. Within 1–2 miles you'll find the Bishop Arts District (independent shops, restaurants, galleries), Kessler Park and Lake Cliff Park (greenspace). The vibe: residential and walkable for short trips, lively and trend-driven within a short drive (Bishop Arts) and convenient for visitors using Love Field or downtown.
Getting around
Driving is the fastest way to reach nearby neighborhoods and attractions; typical travel times: 10 minutes to Bishop Arts or Love Field, 10 minutes to downtown depending on traffic. Street parking is common; some properties are permit/guest-parking dependent.
Public transit options: DART buses serve nearby corridors (use DART stop locator for the closest routes). The Dallas Streetcar connects EBJ Union Station downtown to the Bishop Arts District (useful to access downtown rail connections). DART light rail and regional buses are accessible from downtown/transfer points. Rideshares and taxis are widely available.
Walkability and bikes: short local walks to neighborhood cafés and corner stores; bike lanes exist on some nearby arterials but utility depends on route—use bike-friendly streets or trails toward Kessler Park and Bishop Arts.
