This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.

POOL
• The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available.
• For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically.
• Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.
• The pool is equipped with a removable child safety fence, installed before every check-in to provide an additional layer of protection for families traveling with young children. Adult supervision is always required.

Pool cleaning at Storey Lake Resort houses is typically conducted weekly on Wednesdays or
Thursdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of
unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our
professional team has direct access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door,
and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool
afterward.
