This property is great for singles, a couple or a digital nomad looking for home base. I'm sorry but no pets or smoking on the property. The location is a mere 30 minute walk on the Malecon to Zona Romantica. You are only steps away from some of the cities hidden gems for cocktails and dinner. Tacos abound in this neighborhood. Want to cook at home? Ley's grocery store is 3 blocks away, Costco and La Comer are 1 mile. Uber and Taxi's are easy to hail. This condo is located at the top of Panama, giving it its quiet atmosphere and amazing views. For the more athletic, the walk back up the hill is a slight challenge. For those with mobility issues you might want to figure in the 70-100 peso cab/uber ride back home. Going downhill is always easier, right?:) In either case roaming around the neighborhoods is safe.
