Studio 2 is arranged to make a longer stay feel easy rather than temporary.

The open studio layout centers around a king bed and includes your own private bathroom with a walk-in shower, TV, Wi-Fi, individually controlled heating and cooling, and an in-unit washer and dryer—so laundry never requires a shared facility or laundromat.

For groceries and everyday food preparation, you’ll have a refrigerator, sink, quartz counter, cabinetry, and a countertop microwave with air-fry and oven-style cooking modes. There is no full-size range or traditional built-in oven, so please make sure the available appliances fit the way you plan to cook during your stay.

There are no shared indoor rooms. Studio 1 is a completely separate accommodation directly below. Stairs are required to reach Studio 2.

The interior of Studio 2 is reserved exclusively for your stay. Follow the stairs to the private upper-level door marked “2.”

Studio 1 is a separate accommodation located directly downstairs. It has its own entrance and is not included in your reservation.

You may occasionally encounter occupants of Studio 1 in the exterior access area, but there are no shared indoor rooms. Pets are allowed by request only

Self check-in by keypad lets you arrive and settle in independently. We respect your privacy and won’t interrupt your stay, but we remain available through the Airbnb app whenever you need assistance.

The studio is well positioned for an extended stay in East Dallas, with convenient access to Fair Park, Baylor University Medical Center, Deep Ellum, Downtown Dallas, Lakewood and White Rock Lake.

The location works particularly well for guests coming to Dallas for a work assignment, relocation, medical stay or other month-plus visit who want access to both central Dallas destinations and everyday neighborhood conveniences.

The Neighborhood:

Welcome to Hollywood, one of East Dallas’s most charming and character filled neighborhoods. Set within the historic Hollywood and Santa Monica area, this pocket of Dallas is known for its tree lined streets, lush greenery, and quiet residential feel, all while keeping you close to the city’s best dining, parks, nightlife, and attractions.

Spend the morning biking or walking the Santa Fe Trail, head toward White Rock Lake for fresh air and lake views, explore Lakewood’s restaurants and shops, or make the quick trip into Deep Ellum, Downtown Dallas, Fair Park, Lower Greenville, and the Dallas Arboretum. Hollywood gives you the best of both worlds: a peaceful neighborhood retreat with easy access to the energy of Dallas.

Golf lovers will especially appreciate the location. The home is near Tenison Park Golf Course, a true Dallas golf destination with two 18 hole courses. Tenison Highlands is the championship style course, while Tenison Glen is one of Dallas’s classic municipal courses and dates back to 1924. The property is also close to the historic private Lakewood Country Club, one of East Dallas’s most recognizable country club settings. Please note that Lakewood Country Club is private, but the proximity gives the area a beautiful golf course feel.

For guests who like to walk, run, bike, or simply get outside, this location is excellent. Samuell Grand Park is within walking distance and offers a large neighborhood park experience with recreation facilities, shaded areas, a playground, pool, tennis courts, sports fields, garden areas, an amphitheater, and access to the broader Samuell Grand recreation area. The official Dallas Parks page lists Samuell Grand Park as an 80.9 acre community park, and the nearby recreation center amenities include a driving range, golf course, tennis center, gymnasium, playground, pool, soccer field, baseball field, amphitheater, and shaded areas.

The Santa Fe Trail is one of the biggest lifestyle advantages of this location. It is a concrete multi use trail that connects White Rock Lake with Deep Ellum, Fair Park, and Downtown Dallas, making it perfect for morning runs, bike rides, casual walks, and guests who want a more active Dallas stay.

White Rock Lake is also close by, giving guests access to one of Dallas’s most loved outdoor escapes. The lake area includes a 9.33 mile hike and bike trail, picnic areas, piers, boat ramps, kayak concession, dog park, wetlands, bird watching areas, the Bath House Cultural Center, and the Dallas Arboretum. It is one of the best places in Dallas for jogging, cycling, sunrise walks, lake views, or a slower morning outside before heading into the city.

House Capacity and Event Compliance:

Only the registered guest may book and must be present during the stay. Any guests over the number of guests booked will be assessed a fee of $100 per extra guest per day. Parties or events will be assessed a fee of $2,000 unauthorized event fee per violation.

Pets by pre-approval only.

Unauthorized pets are subject to a remediation fee of $100 per pet per day/night to cover extra cleaning. Additional damage or excessive cleaning will be billed at cost with receipts.

Check in and checkout:

Unauthorized late checkout or early check in is $100 per 30 minutes to cover cleaner delays and other guest scheduling impacts. You may schedule an approved late or early checkout with the host beforehand.

Smoking and vaping:

No smoking, vaping, or hookah inside the home. Smoking tobacco products is allowed outdoors.

Evidence of smoking indoors will incur a $2,000 cleaning and odor treatment fee.

Unauthorized commercial use, photo or film shoots, and subletting are not permitted and will incur a $2,000 fee.

All guests must complete identity verification at least 24 hours before check in time begins. The primary booking guest must be over the age of 21. Violation of house rules or damage caused may result in fees, additional charges, or cancellation without refund and all guests must immediately leave.
