Security, House Rules & Pool Safety
This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties, events, loud gatherings, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM, and guests must respect our neighbors and community at all times.
Maximum occupancy is 8 overnight guests. No more than 8 people may sleep at the property under any circumstances, and no unregistered guests are permitted beyond the number included in the reservation.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
Guests are expected to care for the property as if it were their own. Please turn off lights when leaving the house and make sure doors, windows, and gates are properly secured.
The property has two gates facing the street: a pedestrian gate and a large vehicle gate with parking inside the property. Both gates must remain closed at all times. When leaving, guests must ensure the gates are properly locked.
Keys and the gate remote must be returned at the end of the stay. Lost or unreturned keys or gate remotes are subject to a $250 replacement charge.
For guest safety, outdoor security cameras monitor the entrance areas only.
Pool Rules:
-Children and minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using or being near the pool.
-No diving or jumping headfirst into the pool.
-Do not place food, drinks, glass, liquids, or other substances in the pool.

Guests must use the pool responsibly and exercise caution at all times.

Packages and Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, deliveries, or personal belongings. Guests are responsible for managing their own deliveries.
If personal items are left behind and found, we will gladly store them temporarily, but all return shipping costs are the guest’s responsibility.

Parties and Noise Violations
No parties are allowed under any circumstances.
If an unauthorized party, excessive noise, or disturbance results in police, code enforcement, security, or city authorities responding to the property, the guest will be held financially responsible for any fines, penalties, damages, or costs resulting from the violation.

If the City issues a fine of up to $5,000 in connection with a party or noise violation caused by the guest or their visitors, that amount will be claimed from the responsible guest in addition to any other applicable charges or damages.
