The Space:

The showpiece is the lower level, where an indoor plunge pool with a waterfall means swim season never really ends. Step out from there onto a deck with a hot tub, an outdoor shower, and rocking chairs for winding down at the end of the day. Up on the entry level there's a big game room with arcades, a pool table, foosball, and cocktail hightop tables, so the kids and the adults both have something going.



With three living rooms, one on every floor, each with a plush sectional and a 65" TV, everyone can find their own corner. The chef's kitchen has granite counters, an island with bar seating, and a dining area that seats ten, so feeding the whole group is easy, and with two coffee stations the morning line stays short.

Other Things to Note



► Steep driveway: the driveway is quite steep, and cooler-month weather can affect access. For winter travel, we recommend a vehicle you're comfortable with, ideally 4WD.

► Stairs: the home has stairs to the second and lower levels, plus five steps from the road to the front door.

► Well water: like many mountain homes, the cabin is on well water. It is completely safe and clean for drinking, brushing teeth, and bathing, though some guests prefer bottled water.

► Nearby construction: the neighborhood is still developing, so you may hear some construction noise between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.

► Pest control: the home is serviced monthly, but in such a woodsy setting the occasional bug can slip in through an open door or window. Please keep doors and windows closed when you can.

► Wildlife: the Smokies are home to bears, coyotes, raccoons, and more. Please store all food and trash securely and clean the grill promptly after use.

► Security cameras: there is an exterior camera at the front door facing the walkway. It records audio and video.

► Travel insurance: we recommend purchasing travel insurance, since we can only issue refunds within the listing's cancellation policy.



Woodland Escape is a modern-luxury Smoky Mountain escape with three levels of living space, an indoor pool, and a game room the whole group will fight over.



Pet Policy



This property is pet-friendly with prior owner approval. Guests may bring either:



► One pet weighing up to 80 lbs, or

► Two pets weighing up to 40 lbs each



A nonrefundable pet fee of $48 per pet, per night, plus applicable taxes will be added to the reservation total before booking.



All pets must be disclosed and approved before the check-in date. Unauthorized pets, additional pets, or pets exceeding the permitted weight limits are not allowed.



Guest access

Guest will have access to the entire cabin.
