The Space:

Shot gun style and 1300 Square feet of living as soon as you walk in the front door.

12. Easy Drive Up with road signs leading you there. The roads do wind and incline for a short distance. The roads are treated in the winter and are main Gatlinburg city roads, so it's safe all year round.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to Unit 153. The pool has not be installed at the condominium and won't be until Winter 2027. BUT.. Guests will have access to the Mountain Shadows Phase 2 pool with playground and basketball court during season (May through September). Guest will receive the address to pool day of arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet and serene neighborhood that is super close to Rocky Top Sports World, The Arts and Crafts Community of Gatlinburg, and Gatlinburg Convention Center.

8 minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg, Gatlinburg Convention Center, and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park

20 minutes to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, & The Island



Getting Around:

Guests are guaranteed one vehicle spot during their stay in the covered parking garage, but a 2nd parking spot could be available. Please just inquire with host prior to check in so host can check occupancy at the condominium.

Guests will receive Only One Free Admission everyday of their stay to the following attractions:

Dollywood, Anakeesta, Ripley's Aquarium, Wonderworks, Titanic Museum, Dolly's Splash Country, Dolly Stampede and Dinner Show, Hatfield and McCoy, Pirates Voyage, Alcatraz Museum, Five Oaks Zipline and Adventure Park, Dig'n'Zone Amusement Park, Country Tonite Music Show, Comedy Barn, Big Creek Expedition White Water Rafting Upper and Lower Rivers, and Hollywood Wax Museum. Guests will need to purchase tickets for the remaining guests in their party. Tickets expire if not used day of and renew the following day. Guests will be asked for their email address after booking to receive their personalized booking link from Xplorie. Additional tickets can be purchased through that link. This is not a timeshare and nothing is required. Just a great gift to our guests for choosing us for their next family memory.



Interaction with Guests:

Host lives locally but will follow the guests lead.
