A spacious mountain cabin perfect for families or large groups visiting Gatlinburg — sleeps up to 18, pet-friendly, and just 5 miles from downtown. We've kept the home stocked, comfortable, and ready for real family memories: game nights, hot tub soaks, silent disco dance parties, and easy access to everything the Smokies have to offer.

The space
We stock starter supplies to get you through your first day or two — toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods, paper towels, and trash bags. For longer stays or bigger groups, you may want to grab extras — Greenbrier Grocery is about 6–7 minutes away. If you run short of anything, just message us directly; we're quick to respond.

GENERAL RULES
- $250 pet fee for up to 2 pets (cats or dogs under 70 lbs)
- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.
- Large gatherings or events exceeding occupancy must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees.

For longer stays or larger groups, you may want to grab a few extras. If you run short or can't find something, just message us.

TRASH & WILDLIFE SAFETY
- Please dispose of trash in tied bags inside bear-proof cans and make sure the doors are shut.
- Don't leave food in cars — it attracts bears.
- Guests get up to 6 trash bags per stay at no charge; anything beyond that incurs a $50 excess trash fee. Thanks for understanding!

MID-STAY CLEANING
Available on request for an additional fee, subject to availability. (Decide if you're actually offering this — see note below.)

BOOKING DETAILS
- Reservation changes aren't accepted after 24 of booking
- Guests must be 25+ to book
- No refunds for circumstances beyond our control (weather, health issues, or other unforeseen circumstances) — we recommend travel insurance.

EMBRACING NATURE
Our cabin is surrounded by the beauty of the Smoky Mountains, so you may occasionally spot local wildlife or insects. We keep the home clean and pest-free, but nature is part of the mountain experience — please clean up food promptly and keep trash securely stored in the outdoor bins.
