5 spacious bedrooms, each with a plush king bed and smart TV — ideal for couples or friends traveling together who each want their own room.

LIVING ROOM:
The comfortable living room features a 14' vaulted ceilings, a dedicated work space, separate dining area, a queen sleeper sofa, and 75" smart TV.
BATHROOMS:
4 full bathrooms are beautifully appointed throughout the home, and are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries.
POOL & HOT TUB:
A private outdoor pool and hot tub, not shared with any other unit — perfect for cooling off after a day exploring the neighborhood or unwinding under the stars at night.
LOCATION:
Situated right in the middle of Miami's arts and design scene — walking or a short drive from Wynwood's street art and galleries, the Design District's boutiques and restaurants, and Edgewater's waterfront, with downtown Miami and the beaches a quick drive away. Port of Miami is just a 5 minute drive from the home.
Other Things to Note:
This is a non-smoking property throughout. Any smoking or vaping will result in a $500 fine. Local rentals are not permitted. Noise sensitive area, parties or event prohibited. Please note the home is accessed via stairs only (2 steps at entrance), so keep that in mind if members of your group have mobility needs. Guests must be 21 or older to check in. Pets are permitted for an additional fee.
