This home puts you right between Wynwood, Midtown, and the Design District — three of Miami's best neighborhoods for street art, galleries, boutique shopping, and nightlife, all within a few minutes of your door.

7 private bedrooms, each with its own smart TV and en-suite bathroom, so every guest (or every couple) gets their own space and privacy — ideal for group trips where everyone wants a privacy.

A full kitchen stocked for a group: full-size refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee/tea maker, toaster, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to cook a full meal instead of ordering in every night.



HEATED POOL:

An outdoor heated pool on-site for cooling off between exploring Wynwood's murals and the Design District's galleries — not shared with any other unit or property, exclusively yours!



WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Free WiFi, smart TVs with streaming access, in-unit washing machine, pack n play, high chair, iron and ironing board, steamer, air conditioning and heating throughout, and cleaning products used between every stay.



FREE PARKING: Free, gated parking is available for up to 4 cars



CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in is at 4:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM. There's no front desk — this is a private, self-check-in property, and you'll receive entry instructions by email 24 hours before you arrive.



Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking property throughout. Any smoking or vaping will result in a $500 fine. Local rentals are not permitted. Noise sensitive area, parties or event prohibited. Please note the home is accessed via stairs only (2 steps at entrance), so keep that in mind if members of your group have mobility needs. Guests must be 21 or older to check in. Pets are permitted for an additional fee.
