Welcome to Bailey’s Break, a bright and spacious three-story coastal home created for families and groups who come to Pacific City for the beach, the waves, and time together. Sleeping up to 12 guests, this custom home offers a private King suite, two dedicated bunk rooms, a fun upstairs loft, multiple gathering spaces, and plenty of room to spread out. Just a short walk from the beach and close to Cape Kiwanda, Bailey’s Break puts you right in the middle of one of the Oregon Coast’s most beloved surf towns.

The expansive second-floor great room is the heart of the home, with soaring windows bringing in natural light and beautiful views of the wooded surroundings. Gather in the comfortable living area for a movie, share meals around the dining table, or settle in with coffee while enjoying the peaceful coastal setting. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for easy breakfasts, packed beach lunches, and dinners for the whole crew, while the open-concept layout keeps everyone connected.

The three-story design gives larger groups both together time and personal space. On the lower level, a dedicated bunk room features a double-over-twin bunk bed, twin trundle, and TV, with a full bathroom nearby. The garage provides a great recreation zone with a ping-pong table, bikes, and beach toys ready for your next outing. A laundry area is also available for those inevitable sandy and salty beach-day clothes.

The second floor features another bunk room with a double-over-twin bunk bed, twin trundle, and TV, along with a nearby full bathroom. Step outside onto the balcony for fresh coastal air, fire up the BBQ for dinner, or gather around the fire pit as the evening winds down. There are plenty of places throughout the home to play, relax, reconnect, or simply escape with a good book.

Upstairs, the private third-floor King suite offers a quieter retreat. The suite includes a comfortable King bed, TV, and private full bathroom with both a soaking tub and shower. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy the surrounding scenery, or head into the adjoining loft, where a full futon sofa sleeper and telescope create a fun hideaway for kids or additional sleeping space.

Outside, the wooded setting behind the home adds another layer to the Pacific City experience. Designated trails provide opportunities to explore, while the provided bikes make it easy to cruise around town. Grab the beach toys, load up the crew, and make your way toward the sand for a day of surfing, beachcombing, fishing, kite flying, or simply watching the waves roll toward shore.

And then there are the waves. Pacific City is one of the Oregon Coast's premier surf destinations, known for its powerful Pacific swells, consistent surf, and dramatic setting beneath Cape Kiwanda. Surfers come here year-round to chase everything from manageable waves for beginners to bigger, more challenging swells for experienced riders. Whether you are bringing your own board, renting gear, or hoping to take a lesson, the surf culture is an unmistakable part of the Pacific City experience. There is something special about waking up near the ocean, checking the conditions, grabbing your board, and spending the day watching the Pacific do what it does best.

Cape Kiwanda provides an unforgettable backdrop to it all, with towering sandstone cliffs, expansive sandy beaches, tide pools, sunsets, and the iconic Haystack Rock rising from the water offshore. Pacific City also makes a fantastic launching point for exploring the North Oregon Coast. Head north toward Tillamook for cheese, museums, and coastal scenery, or south toward Lincoln City for shopping, dining, and more miles of beaches. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, all in the driveway. The garage is not available for guest parking.

Dogs are welcome, with a maximum of 2 dogs and a $120 non-refundable pet fee, plus tax. Dogs must remain off furniture, including beds, couches, and chairs, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.
