2. Loud Parties: No loud parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. Guests will be evicted without refund.

3. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A cleaning fee will be applied if smoking is detected indoors.

4. Cleaning Charges: An additional fee may be charged for excessive cleaning needs, such as rearranged furniture, or anything in and around the property that is damaged. Treat our home like your home.

5. Securing the Property: Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked before leaving the property, regardless of the duration.

6. Respect Property: Any items or property that is damaged or removed will result in additional charges for repairs or replacements.

7. Noise Levels: Please be mindful of the neighbours and keep noise levels fair.

8. Check-in/Check-out Times: Respect the check-in and check-out times to allow adequate cleaning time between bookings. Late check-out may incur a fee.

9. No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Any unregistered guests will incur an additional fee or be asked to leave.

10. Plumbing & Drains: Flush only toilet paper down the toilet. Do not flush baby wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, or trash. Avoid pouring grease, oil, or food scraps down the kitchen drains. If a blockage or damage is caused by flushing or draining non-approved items, guests may be charged for the plumbing service fees.
