Villa Marilu is a newly built private villa with a large heated infinity pool, located just 100 metres from the beach in Pozzallo, in the Secondo Scivolo area, close to Tiki Beach, in south-eastern Sicily between Ragusa and Syracuse.

Completed in September 2026, the villa stands out for its contemporary architecture, spacious and bright interiors, and particular attention to design, comfort and the quality of its living spaces.

With approximately 330 m² of indoor space, 6 bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, and a large living area opening onto generous outdoor spaces, Villa Marilu has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

One of the villa’s most distinctive features is the seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor areas. Large glass doors connect the living room with the veranda, swimming pool and garden, creating one spacious environment dedicated to socialising and relaxation.

The location is another major advantage: the beach can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, and there are equipped beach clubs and restaurants nearby. Pozzallo town centre and the main supermarkets are approximately 2 km away.
THE VILLA



Villa Marilu is arranged over two floors, connected by an internal staircase.



The villa offers:

THE BEDROOMS



The 6 bedrooms are distributed over the villa's two floors.



On the ground floor, there are 3 double bedrooms.



On the first floor, accessed via the internal staircase, there are:



1 double bedroom;

2 twin bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be joined together to create a double bed.



Each bedroom measures approximately 14 m2 and features a private bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and TV.



The bathrooms have a modern design and feature spacious walk-in showers.



KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM AND DINING AREA



The heart of the villa is the spacious 70 m2 open-plan living area, comprising the kitchen, dining area and living room.



The modern, spacious and functional kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals even for larger groups.



The dining area features a large table where 12 guests can comfortably dine together.



The living room is furnished with a large sofa and features a 65-inch Smart TV. Large floor-to-ceiling windows fill the room with natural light and create a seamless visual connection with the veranda, swimming pool and garden.



These large glass doors directly connect the living area with the outdoor spaces, creating a pleasant sense of continuity between indoor and outdoor living.



An additional guest bathroom completes the living area.



THE VERANDA AND OUTDOOR DINING AREA



Outside the villa, a large covered corner veranda is directly connected to the living room.



The veranda is a true extension of the indoor living space and is divided into different areas dedicated to dining, socialising and relaxation.



On one side is the outdoor dining area, furnished with a large table where 12 guests can comfortably enjoy meals together outdoors.



This area also features a dedicated cooking space with a barbecue and electric hob.



On the opposite side is a comfortable outdoor lounge area with sofas and armchairs, overlooking the swimming pool.



The veranda makes it possible to enjoy outdoor living throughout much of the day: from breakfast in the morning to lunch and dinner, as well as relaxing evenings by the pool.



HEATED INFINITY POOL AND SUN TERRACE



One of the highlights of Villa Marilu is its large private infinity pool, measuring 12 metres long and 5 metres wide, with a saltwater system.



Its generous dimensions make it ideal both for swimming and for enjoying relaxing moments in the water.



The pool can also be heated on request as an optional extra service at an additional charge, allowing guests to enjoy the swimming pool more comfortably during the cooler months of the year.



The pool is equipped with an automatic retractable cover, making it easy to cover the water when the pool is not in use. When pool heating is used, the cover also helps reduce heat loss and maintain the desired water temperature more efficiently.



Surrounding the pool is a spacious sun terrace equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs and parasols, providing plenty of space for all guests to relax comfortably outdoors.



The swimming pool is located directly in front of the veranda and the large windows of the living room, making it the true focal point of the villa's outdoor spaces.



GARDEN AND OUTDOOR AREAS



The swimming pool and sun terrace are surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with lawn, palm trees, olive trees, Mediterranean plants and fruit trees.



Flower beds and landscaped green areas blend naturally with the villa's contemporary architecture, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.



The garden is also equipped with an automatic irrigation system.



Particular attention has also been paid to the outdoor lighting. As evening falls, the pool, garden, pathways and veranda are enhanced by carefully positioned lighting, creating an inviting atmosphere for outdoor dining or relaxing by the pool in the evening.



There are also two outdoor showers.



The property offers private parking for up to 3 cars, accessed through an electric gate.



The property is also equipped with video surveillance, which can be switched off on request.
