This is a fully furnished, single story home in Laureate Park at Lake Nona, five to ten minutes from Lake Nona Medical City. Built in 2020, 2,029 square feet, three bedrooms and two baths, all on one floor with no stairs anywhere. It's set up for stays of 30 nights or more, one flat rate, everything included.

The living area has high cathedral ceilings, which is unusual for a single story house this size and makes the whole space feel considerably bigger than the square footage suggests. It's built around a large modular sectional with a wall-mounted TV, a marble-top coffee table, an accent armchair and blackout curtains, which help if you're working nights and sleeping days. Tile floors run through the main living space, and a run of full-height mirrors bounces the light from the ceiling back through the room. The dining area seats six at a solid wood table.

The kitchen is the best room in the house. White cabinetry to the ceiling, quartz counters, a grey glass tile backsplash with LED lighting under the uppers, Bosch double wall ovens, a cooktop under a stainless hood, and a French door refrigerator with water and ice. It's stocked to actually cook in: pots, pans, a knife block, bakeware, glassware, plates, kettle, toaster and a coffee setup.

The primary bedroom has a king bed on a dark wood platform frame, matching nightstands, a tray ceiling, and a proper desk and office chair by the window, good for anyone working from home during the day. The en-suite bath has a tiled shower, double vanity and a separate water closet, plus a custom walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed, a dresser with a mirror, nightstands and lamps, and carpet underfoot. Either one works as a guest room or a second office.

Both bathrooms have quartz vanities and framed mirrors, and towels are provided. Laundry is a stacked washer and dryer in a dedicated closet inside the house, so there's no trip to a laundromat.

Outside, there's an attached two car garage at the rear, entered off the alley, so you walk straight from the car into the house without going outside, which matters in a Florida downpour. There's also a shaded front porch with room to sit, and street parking if you'd rather use that.

Laureate Park is a walkable, sidewalk-lined neighborhood built around a genuine amenity package, all included in your stay: a resort pool and a separate lap pool, a fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, a dog park, and 44 miles of walking and biking trails. The Village Center is a short walk for a restaurant and a market, and Lake Nona Town Center is a few minutes away for groceries, coffee and dining.

On location: Lake Nona Medical City, including Nemours Children's, the Orlando VA, HCA Florida Lake Nona and the new AdventHealth Lake Nona campus, is five to ten minutes away with no highway on the commute. Orlando International Airport is about 15 minutes. The USTA National Campus, the largest tennis facility in the country, is a few minutes away as well.

This works especially well for medical professionals on assignment, travel nurses, pilots and flight crew, consultants on a corporate placement, and anyone relocating who wants somewhere genuinely comfortable while they house hunt.
