All the pictures on this page are a reflection of the real condition of the Townhome. All the furniture has been carefully selected, and comfortable mattress and pillows will quickly accompany you into sweet dreams. The biggest feature of this townhouse are comfort, economy and Premium location.

1. This townhouse is only 2 miles from Walmart and 1.5 miles from Publix, surrounded by countless shops and restaurants.

5.There is a queen sized bed in the master , 2 single beds (twin) in the second room. Please note that bedrooms are located upstairs.
6. The bathroom in the master is equipped with hair dryer, bath towels, washcloths, body wash, and shampoo + an oversize tub-shower. You need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. the second bathrooms is right next to 2nd bedroom.
7. Guests can park a car for free here. The car can be parked in front of my townhouse, or it can be parked a little further away from my house (it won't take more than a minute to walk). In short, the parking space is sufficient.
Some guests arrive early and want to park their car here before taking an Uber or Lyft to the park — that’s absolutely no problem.
8. Guests can use the community's swimming pool (including jacuzzi) for free, and work hours are from 9AM to 8 PM. It is open all year round. You can also use the fitness center for free.
9. If guests arrive early or leave late, we offer free luggage storage (At the lobby)
10. If guests purchase items online, Their package can be delivered directly to reception. We can hold up to 7 packages free of charge. Additional packages will incur a fee.
12. Some young people often ask: how old do you have to be to book this house? Our answer is you must be 21 years old, as long as you’ve completed registration on VRBO and have no negative reviews, you’re welcome to send us a booking request.
