Myrtle Beach Villas II is a condominium community, and guests are expected to follow community and HOA rules during their stay.

The condo is professionally cleaned before every stay with fresh linens provided.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community amenities.

This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach. Just a short distance to attractions and our beautiful coastline.



Getting Around:

Easy access parking lot. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, hot tubs, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



Routine pest control happens monthly. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
