🚗 Parking: Designated areas only — street and sidewalk parking strictly prohibited. HOA will tow without warning.

🚬 No indoor smoking — $2,500 fine + odor removal & cleaning costs

🏊 No trash or foreign objects in pool — $150 fine + cleaning costs

🗑️ Use designated trash bins — $100 cleaning fee if ignored

🎉 No parties or events — $150 fine, immediate eviction, no refund

🐾 Keep pets clean indoors — $150 fine for pet waste or accidents

⏰ Check-out by 10:00 AM — $150 late fee without prior approval
