With 6 bedrooms, 13 beds, and 5 full bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps 22 guests without the morning bottleneck or tight quarters you will find in smaller properties. Whether you are planning a multi-family vacation, a reunion, a corporate offsite, or a celebration, you will have the space and privacy to make it memorable.

★ THE SPACE ★
This home is built for large groups. Six separate bedrooms mean everyone gets their own retreat at the end of the day, while five full bathrooms mean no waiting, no stress, and no fighting over the shower.
The living areas are generous and inviting, with comfortable seating for the whole group to gather for meals, games, or just catching up. For nights in, the private theater room gives everyone a dedicated place to settle in for a movie, making it just as easy to enjoy the house as it is to head out and explore.
The full kitchen is equipped for serious cooking, with ample counter space, full-size appliances, and room for multiple cooks to work together. The dining area comfortably seats the group, making shared meals easy.
From movie nights to big family dinners, you’ll find everything you need to host, relax, and enjoy your time together.

★ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS ★
With 11 beds across 6 bedrooms, plus four sleeper sofas, there’s plenty of room for everyone to settle in comfortably. Two sleeper sofas are located within bedrooms for added flexibility, while two are in the living areas for additional sleeping space. The layout gives families, couples, and solo travelers room to spread out while keeping the group connected in the common areas. Most bedrooms feature blackout curtains for a more restful night’s sleep, and linens, pillows, and essentials are provided for every sleeping space.

This home is stocked with the essentials and a few extras to make your stay smooth. Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cookware and tableware you need. Coffee maker for early risers. Washer and dryer for longer stays or families with kids. Heating and air conditioning keep you comfortable year-round. WiFi throughout the property keeps everyone connected. Plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles, no tight squeezes or street parking required. Towels, toiletries, and basics are provided.

This is a quiet residential area, and we ask that you respect the neighbors by keeping noise levels reasonable, especially after 10 PM. No smoking inside the home. No parties or events without prior approval. Maximum occupancy is 16 guests. Please treat the home with care, and leave it as you found it. We are here to help if you need anything during your stay.
