The heart of the apartment is the spacious open-plan living area, filled with natural light thanks to the large windows overlooking the greenery outside. It features a comfortable sofa bed, TV and dining area, together with a contemporary open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and hob.



The separate bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, a large mirrored wardrobe and a dedicated desk, making it equally suitable for leisure stays and remote working.



The apartment also includes a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a practical service balcony equipped with a washing machine and outdoor sink.



With one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, Casa Michela can accommodate up to 4 guests. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Casa Michela is located in the centre of Scandicci, in a lively yet convenient area with all essential services within walking distance.



Just outside the apartment you'll find cafés, restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy and local shops, as well as a pleasant pedestrian area ideal for a walk or a coffee.



One of the apartment's main advantages is its proximity to the Resistenza T1 tram stop, located just a few steps away. This makes it particularly easy to reach Florence without having to drive or worry about parking in the city centre.



Getting Around:

By Tram & Public Transport

From Florence Santa Maria Novella train station: Take tram line T1 towards Villa Costanza and get off at Resistenza. The apartment is just a very short walk from the stop.

From Florence Airport (FLR): Take tram line T2 to Santa Maria Novella, then change to line T1 towards Villa Costanza and get off at Resistenza.

The tram is also a convenient way to travel between the apartment and central Florence throughout your stay.



By Car & Parking

If you're arriving from the A1 motorway or the SGC Firenze–Pisa–Livorno, follow the signs towards Scandicci.

Public parking is available in the streets surrounding the apartment, with both free parking spaces (white lines) and regulated or paid spaces. Free spaces are subject to availability, so please always check the signs and parking rules displayed locally.

Villa Costanza Park & Ride – recommended if you're arriving via the A1 motorway:

Villa Costanza can be accessed directly from the A1 motorway, allowing you to leave your car before entering urban traffic. From the car park, take tram line T1 and get off at Resistenza, just 2 stops away (approximately 3 minutes by tram).

This is a particularly convenient option for guests travelling to Florence by car while preferring to use public transport during their stay.



Other Things to Note:

Early or late check-in, late check-out, and extra sets of linen or towels may incur a small additional fee payable upon arrival. Pets are not allowed.
