Getting Around:
Our centrally located studio makes exploring Miami easy. We offer secure garage parking for guests with cars. If you prefer public transit, the Metromover station is a short walk away and provides free travel downtown. Miami International Airport is about twenty minutes away by car, and rideshare services are readily available throughout the area.
Other Things to Note:
Please follow our house rules to ensure a pleasant stay. Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 11:00. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and building, with a 150 dollar fee for violations. Parties are not allowed and quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00. Only registered guests are permitted. Please flush only toilet paper. Pets require prior written approval. Lost key fobs or parking cards incur a 150 dollar replacement fee. Please treat the space with care to avoid damage charges. We are available for assistance from 09:00 to 21:00.
