- Booking the same day you plan to check in: Complete the ID verification, sign the agreement and pay the deposit as soon as your booking confirms — your key code is released automatically once all three are done.
- Wanting an earlier check-in: Standard check-in is 3 PM, and we'll message you the moment the apartment is ready. If you need to arrive earlier, booking the prior night is the safest option, subject to availability. Unlike a hotel, we don't have a second room to shift you into, so if a guest is checking out the same day you arrive, housekeeping needs the full turnaround window.
- Wanting a later check-out: Message us before 8 pm the night before departure and we'll do what we can, depending on the schedule. Check-out after 11 am (if approved) incurs an additional night's fee, payable through the Airbnb Resolution Centre the night before — otherwise standard 10 am check-out applies.
- What's stocked when you arrive: Bathrooms come with 30 ml shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and toilet paper. The kitchen has all essential cookware and appliances, plus T2 teas, a Nespresso machine with pods, sugar and milk to get you started — these are starter quantities, not restocked mid-stay, so a supermarket run may be needed for longer bookings.
- Travelling with a baby: Portacot and highchair are available on request. We don't supply cot linen or a mattress, since commercial laundry detergents aren't always kind to a baby's skin — bring your own familiar bedding. A padded base mat is included with the cot.
