About this cabin rental
Perfect for couples and small families, the cabin sleeps up to 5 and offers a peaceful place to relax after a day of hiking, fishing, skiing, sightseeing—or doing absolutely nothing at all.
Inside the Cabin
The open living area features vaulted ceilings, a full-size futon sofa bed, powered reclining chair, electric fireplace with supplemental heat, and a 50" Roku Smart TV with Bose soundbar and DVD player. Games and puzzles are also provided for quieter evenings at the cabin.
The fully equipped kitchen has full-size appliances, cookware and dining essentials, plus both Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers. A washer/dryer combo is conveniently located in the kitchen.
The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer and basic first-aid supplies.
Sleeping Arrangements
Primary Bedroom:
Queen bed, Smart TV, closet/storage space, extra blankets and a river view.
Loft:
Two twin beds in a cozy loft accessed by ladder. The loft has front safety rails and a low ceiling and is best suited for children or adults with good mobility. Young children should be closely supervised around the ladder and loft.
Living Room:
Full-size futon sofa bed.
Your Own Riverfront Retreat
Step outside and the Linville River becomes the backdrop to your stay.
Relax in the private hot tub overlooking the river, gather around the fire pit, enjoy a meal at the picnic table, or cook your catch on the charcoal grill. Beach towels are provided for the hot tub and summertime swimming.
The riverfront itself is common space for the cabin community, with areas for walking, fishing and swimming. Please be courteous of neighboring cabin owners and guests.
The charcoal grill is provided; charcoal and firewood are not provided.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire cabin, private deck and outdoor space, two parking spaces, picnic table, fire pit, charcoal grill and private hot tub.
Pet Friendly
Dogs are welcome and must be included with your reservation. Limit 2 Dogs. Please keep pets leashed while outside, do not leave them unattended outdoors, and keep pets inside if you leave the cabin. We also ask that you please clean up after your pup for our next guests.
If any issues arise during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help and ensure a safe, relaxing experience for you and the neighboring cabins.
A Few Things to Know
The loft is accessed by ladder and has a low ceiling. Please consider mobility and supervise children appropriately.
You may notice unique pieces of driftwood incorporated into the outdoor décor. These are part of the owner's personal collection and are intended for guests to enjoy during their stay. Please don't move or remove them.
