Welcome to your peaceful Montana getaway! Enjoy lake views, fresh air and room to unwind under big sky sunsets. 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with lots of space to gather and have fun. In the large bonus room, enjoy a movie on the 75" TV, or test your skills on the Foosball table. Watch the sunset from the deck sitting around the fire table. Situated on 8 acres, you will see plenty of deer, bald eagles and wild turkeys! We have many deer that frequent the property and there’s nothing better than seeing fawns play in the pastures. Fishing access is 2 minutes away by car, and fishing poles are available for use. It’s a true getaway where you can slow down and reconnect with nature. This large, open home is designed for gathering and relaxing. With 3600 sq feet of living space, there is plenty of room to spread out, and everyone can enjoy both shared spaces and privacy. The bonus room is a guest favorite—featuring a massive 75” TV, Foosball table, and a game table for chess, puzzles, etc. It’s perfect for movie nights, game time, or keeping the kids entertained. Step outside to soak in the views and fresh mountain air. There is a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars while roasting hot dogs and s'mores. There is a fire table on the deck as well as a gas BBQ. We are 1 hour to Glacier National Park, 30 minutes from Glacier International Airport, 30 minutes to Flathead Lake, 20 minutes to shopping, restaurants and all amenities. We are also 5 minutes by car to the Rails to Trails paved bike/walking path that goes all the way to Kalispell-on a clear day, you can see the peaks in Glacier National Park. This house is perfect for family vacations, group getaways and couples traveling together. Whether you’re watching the sunset over the lake, enjoying a fire under the stars, or exploring nearby adventures, this home offers the perfect base for your Montana escape.
