The River House is a cozy retreat in a quiet neighborhood on the Saluda River. It is conveniently located 10 minutes from Downtown Greenville, 30 minutes from Clemson, 20 minutes from Furman, close to lakes, waterfalls and beautiful hiking trails with striking views, making it the perfect hub for a trip to the Upstate.
Go on an adventure or stay put and enjoy the ammenities at the house. Three bedrooms with luxury mattresses provide comfortable sleeping for upto 7 guests. Two full bathrooms make for swift traffic patterns. A fully stocked kitchen and coffe/tea bar will make meals and breaks easy and enjoyable.
Staying indoors? The game room and media room have lots of different options for entertainment, including games, books, a smart TV for streaming, and a dvd player with a great movie collection.
Outside you will find a large wooden deck overlooking the Saluda River, the pool and the private back yard. Enjoy grilling on the 4-burner Blackstone and dining outdoors, or just sitting and admiring the view.
The pool deck has two tables with chairs and umbrellas, two loungers and lots of inflatables for relaxing in the water. The private steps down to the river provide easy access to the riverbank.
