THE TERRACE



The terrace curves around the corner of the tower, so it has 2 outlooks rather than 1, and the day moves along it. Morning light comes in over the ocean end, where a table and chairs sit at the rail with the surf straight below. By late afternoon the city end is the place to be: follow the curve and the view turns to the towers, the canals and the hinterland, which is where the sun goes down, and after dark the city lights up beneath you. The living room and the dining table open onto it, so with the doors slid back the terrace becomes part of the room. The main bedroom has a balcony of its own.



THE LIVING ROOM



A cream modular sectional faces full-height glass on 2 sides, with a timber-panelled wall carrying the TV. The dining table seats 8 beside the terrace doors, with the ocean horizon in the glass behind it, which is the view you get at breakfast. Carpet underfoot, sheer curtains for the afternoon, a ceiling fan overhead.



THE KITCHEN



A stone island with 4 stools and a sink faces the living room. Behind it a Miele wall oven and microwave, a gas cooktop, a French-door fridge with an ice and water dispenser, and under-cabinet lighting along the bench. There is a pod coffee machine on the bench.



SLEEPING



- Main bedroom: a king bed, a reading chair, a wall-mounted TV, a ceiling fan and its own door onto a private balcony. A walk-in robe with timber shelving and a safe leads through to the ensuite

- Bedroom 2: a king bed with an upholstered bedhead, a ceiling fan and a balcony door with a city outlook

- Twin bedroom: 2 single beds, a ceiling fan and a balcony door with a city outlook



THE BATHROOMS



The main ensuite has a spa bath under marble, twin pedestal basins, a walk-in shower and a glazed wall that looks through the bedroom to the view. The second bathroom has twin pedestal basins, a walk-in shower and a toilet, and there is a powder room off the hallway. Grown Alchemist shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and hand lotion in each.



THE MEDIA ROOM



A separate room with 3 leather recliners and a wall-mounted screen, with the door closed on the rest of the apartment: the place for a film on a wet afternoon, or for the children while the terrace does the evening.

Everything inside the front door is yours for the stay: the 3 bedrooms, both bathrooms, the powder room, the media room and the full length of the terrace. On the shared floors you use the building facilities as a resident would, under the building rules. We meet you at the door on arrival, or a lockbox is there if you would rather let yourself in; the details come with your booking. A car space in the secure car park is included; the bay number comes with your arrival details.



The Neighborhood:

You are in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast, high enough on Level 37 to see the ocean one way and the hinterland the other. The restaurant and bar streets of Broadbeach are a walk from the door, and the beach is below the terrace.



Getting Around:

Broadbeach is walkable. The G:link light rail runs through it and connects north along the coast to Surfers Paradise and Southport, and a taxi or rideshare covers the rest of the coast.



Other Things to Note:

- The apartment sleeps 6: 2 bedrooms with a king bed and a twin room with 2 single beds.

- Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is 10am.

- The apartment is on Level 37 and is reached by lift.

- The building's pools, sauna, steam room, gym, residents' lounge, games room and barbecue area are shared with other residents and their guests.

- This is a residential tower. Please keep noise down on the terrace and inside in the evening.

- The terrace is 37 levels up. Children need supervision on it.

- The apartment has a noise monitoring device that measures sound level only. It records no audio and there are no cameras inside the home.

- Wifi throughout the apartment.
