The space

From the inviting living spaces to the well-equipped kitchen and restful bedrooms, every area has been designed to make your visit easy and enjoyable.

The open-concept living room creates a welcoming space to gather, featuring a striking wall of floor-to-ceiling mirrors that enhances the bright, spacious feel of the room. Settle into the comfortable pull-out sofa, which folds flat into a bed and includes linens for additional sleeping arrangements. The living area also includes a 43-inch Smart TV, a selection of books, and games for relaxing evenings at home.

The large, sun-filled kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked dinner. You’ll find dishes, glasses, cookware, silverware, a wine key, Brita water filter, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, and blender. Coffee, sugar, and creamer are also provided, making it easy to enjoy your first cup of coffee without needing to head out first thing in the morning.

The primary bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed with premium linens and a charming antique headboard. Additional amenities include a 43-inch Smart TV, dresser, sound machine, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, clothes steamer, robes, and plenty of hangers.

The second bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed with premium linens, a 43-inch Smart TV, small dresser, storage baskets, and a sound machine to help create a peaceful sleeping environment. Please note that the second bedroom does not have windows. However, it features a sliding pocket door that provides privacy and separation from the rest of the home.

The full bathroom features both a shower and bathtub, along with premium cotton towels and a hairdryer for your convenience.

For guests who like to stay active, yoga mats are provided in each bedroom, while exercise bands are available in the primary bedroom. High-speed Wi-Fi is also provided throughout the home, making it easy to stay connected whether you’re working remotely, streaming your favorite shows, or planning your next Miami adventure.

When you’re ready to slow down, enjoy the beautiful private mural surrounding the back patio, or relax indoors with your favorite book, show, or game.

*You’ll have the entire front portion of the home to yourself. Please note that the back patio and backyard are shared outdoor spaces with the back unit.

*Additional item/services available upon request: Pack ‘n Play, child dishware, baby-toddler toys and available. Just ask for anything you may need.

*Please note that you may occasionally hear city noise or the building’s AC system, which serves all units and helps keep the property comfortable during Miami’s warm weather. If you are sensitive to noise, sound machines are provided in both bedrooms to help create a more restful environment.

*There is no dedicated washer and dryer inside the home. However, guests can conveniently use the nearby paid Dollies Laundromat, located just 3 blocks away, providing an easy and accessible option for laundry during your stay.

*For your safety and security, as well as the protection of the property and surrounding apartments, security cameras are located at the front door of the unit. Please rest assured that there are no cameras inside the home, ensuring your privacy and comfort throughout your stay.

*Please note that yard maintenance is scheduled every two weeks. Our maintenance team may access the outdoor areas during their visit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
