Welcome to our bright, comfortable 2-bedroom Dallas home in Bryan Place, just east of Downtown. With soaring ceilings, skylights and hardwood floors, the house combines distinctive architecture with the practical amenities that make longer stays easy—including flexible sleeping arrangements, an attached garage and a Level 2 ChargePoint EV charger.
The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on separate floors, giving couples, families, coworkers or friends a little extra privacy.
**Sleeping arrangements
Downstairs bedroom: King bed
Upstairs bedroom: Split King that can be configured as Two Twin XL beds (48 hour notice please!)
Living room: Full size sleeper sofa (48 hour notice please!)
The open living area features dramatic vaulted ceilings and skylights, comfortable seating, a dining area and fireplace. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, range, oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with the essentials for cooking at home.
For guests working remotely or staying longer, there’s a dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, plus plenty of built-in storage.
Outside, enjoy a private flagstone patio beneath the pergola, with seating for morning coffee or an evening outside.
Parking is easy with an attached one-car garage plus driveway parking. Guests also have access to a EV charger, making the home especially convenient for longer stays and road trips with an EV.
The location makes it easy to get around central Dallas, with convenient access to Downtown, Uptown, Deep Ellum, the Arts District, Baylor University Medical Center, UT Southwestern and Love Field.
We’re local owners and live nearby, so while you’ll have complete privacy during your stay, we’re close and responsive if anything comes up.
