*Daily Resort & Amenity Fee: $59/night + tax — includes the 24/7 fitness center, fitness classes and pool/amenity deck

*Reservation Fee: $50 + tax (one-time)

*Overnight valet parking: $75/night + tax (paid directly to the valet)

*Short-term / visitor parking: $30–$50 depending on duration (confirm current rate at the front desk)

*Pet-friendly (optional): $100 (non-refundable)



Building rules & check-in:



*On arrival, all guests register at the building's front desk (no lockboxes on property); ID must match the reservation

*Check-in 3:00 PM / Check-out 11:00 AM

*Non-smoking throughout (rooms, balconies, pool deck, common areas); quiet hours after 11:00 PM
