🗑️ Use designated trash bins — $1,000 fee if ignored

🎉 No parties or events — $150 fine, immediate eviction, no refund

🐾 No pets allowed — $1,500 fine + cleaning costs

⏰ Check-out by 10:00 AM — $150 late fee without prior approval



🚗 Parking & Access



Gated community with security guard at entrance — all drivers must be registered before check-in.

No overflow parking permitted.
