Welcome to Harbor Breeze 50, your Ocean City home base! This first-floor condo offers one bedroom, two full bathrooms, two queen beds and one twin bed, plus a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, K-Cup coffee maker, on-site parking and security. Relax by the shared outdoor pool, open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Linens are provided. BEDROOM: The bedroom has two queen beds, one twin bed, and a smart TV. LIVING AREA: The living area offers a comfortable place to unwind, with a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space and a smart TV. TWO FULL BATHROOMS: Each bathroom has a bathtub with shower, making it easier for everyone to get ready for the day or freshen up after the beach. KITCHEN & LAUNDRY: The full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare meals during your stay. The unit does not have a conventional oven, but an air fryer is provided. A K-Cup coffee maker is also available; please bring your own coffee. An in-unit washer and dryer adds convenience. ENTERTAINMENT: YouTube TV is provided on both smart TVs. Guests may also sign in to other streaming services using their own accounts. Please log out of all personal accounts before departure. We are not responsible for charges or account use resulting from accounts left signed in. LINENS & HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES: Bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen dishcloths are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Do not take the provided bath towels or washcloths to the beach. We do our best to provide toilet paper and paper towels, but availability is not guaranteed. We recommend bringing some along, just in case. GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to the entire condo and the shared outdoor pool, open Memorial Day through Labor Day. One parking pass is included for use in the condominium parking lots. Spaces are not individually assigned. On-site security is available. Entry is through a Wi-Fi-connected smart lock. Access details will be provided through Vrbo before check-in. BOOKING & REGISTERED GUESTS: The person making and paying for the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the entire reservation. Only registered guests may stay overnight. All guests must be included on the reservation. HOUSE RULES: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including inside the condo and in outdoor common areas. No pets. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No gathering, loitering, or blocking shared walkways. Do not hang towels, clothing, or other laundry items from railings. No grilling or fires of any kind are permitted in the condo or anywhere on Harbor Breeze condominium property. CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT: Check-in begins at 3 p.m. Checkout is at 10 a.m. PARKING: Display your valid parking pass whenever parked in the condominium lots. From Memorial Day through September 15, and during the Oceans Calling and Country Calling music festivals, guests must obtain their parking pass from Newton Resort Services at 207 8th Street, Ocean City, MD 21842. At other times, the owner will provide a plastic parking pass. A $100 replacement fee applies if this pass is lost. The compact parking lot is marked as such. Vehicles must meet the posted size limits. Failure to comply with parking requirements may result in towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Trailers are not permitted in the condominium parking lots. Street parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Follow all posted signs. BEFORE YOU LEAVE: Please leave the condo tidy. Before checkout, wash your dishes, clean up spills, remove all trash, and leave kitchen appliances clean. Trash dumpsters are located in Harbor Breeze’s small parking lot on the St. Louis Avenue side of the building. Remember to log out of all personal streaming accounts. Please report any broken, damaged, or missing items promptly. Guests may be responsible for associated repair or replacement costs.
