BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1 offers a double bed, television, dresser storage, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 is the bunk room, furnished with a full-over-full bunk bed, plus a television, dresser, walk-in closet, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, television, dresser storage, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 4 is the primary suite, featuring a king bed, television, nightstands, dresser storage, an upholstered bench, a small desk and chair, a walk-in closet with spare pillows and blankets, and a private bathroom.

The living room also includes a sofa bed, giving the home six beds in total.

BATHROOMS

The home has two full bathrooms. The primary en-suite includes a separate glass-door walk-in shower, soaking tub, two separate single-sink vanities, a private water closet, a wall-mounted hair dryer, and direct access to the walk-in closet. The second bathroom has a tub-and-shower combination. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hot water are provided.

KITCHEN & LIVING

The open kitchen is ready for family meals and group gatherings, with a stainless French-door refrigerator with exterior water and ice, gas range and oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, double-basin sink, both drip and pod-style coffee makers, toaster, blender, cookware, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and dining essentials. The breakfast bar seats four, and the nearby dining area combines a round table, built-in tufted corner bench, and chairs for comfortable group meals.

The living room offers multiple seating areas, a sofa bed, coffee and side tables, lamps, a ceiling fan, vaulted ceilings, an indoor fireplace with a large mounted television above it, and sliding glass doors to the rear deck. The open layout keeps the kitchen, dining space, and living area connected so everyone can spend time together.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Step onto the furnished rear deck for outdoor meals, morning coffee, or relaxed afternoons. The deck includes dining furniture, an umbrella, lounge seating, bench-style seating, and access to the hot tub. The fenced backyard features an above-ground pool and a separate fire-pit area surrounded by Adirondack-style chairs.

Guests must follow all posted pool and hot-tub rules, replace the hot-tub cover after use, and supervise children throughout the outdoor recreation areas. Pool and hot-tub availability may be affected by maintenance, weather, or seasonal conditions; please message the host with questions before booking.

LAUNDRY

A dedicated laundry room provides side-by-side LG front-loading washer and dryer units, along with open shelving for guest use.

CRYSTAL COAST LOCATION

Use the home as a comfortable Newport base for exploring North Carolina’s Crystal Coast. Plan beach days in Emerald Isle, Salter Path, or Atlantic Beach; enjoy fishing and watersports around Bogue Sound and Bogue Inlet; visit the restaurants and waterfront areas of Morehead City, Beaufort, and Swansboro; or explore family attractions, museums, ferries, and outdoor recreation throughout Carteret County.

ARRIVAL & PARKING

Detailed arrival and access instructions will be sent before check-in. Free parking is available in the driveway and designated area in front of the home. The garage is not included in guest access, and neighboring driveways and roads must remain clear.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, the open kitchen and living areas, laundry room, furnished rear deck, private pool, private hot tub, fire-pit area, fenced backyard, driveway, and designated front parking area. Detailed arrival instructions will be sent before check-in. The garage and backyard shed are not available to guests.

• Parties, events, and commercial photography or filming are not allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors.
• Exterior security cameras are installed at the front of the home, together with a Ring doorbell. They monitor exterior entry and driveway areas only and do not monitor interior spaces.
• Pool and hot-tub availability may be affected by maintenance, weather, or seasonal conditions. Follow all posted rules and signage.
• Replace the hot-tub cover after each use. Small children are not permitted in the hot tub.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool and hot-tub areas.
• The garage and backyard shed are not accessible to guests.
