Unit 3 is a private studio designed to sleep two guests in one queen-size bed. The sleeping, dining and living functions are combined in one efficient studio layout. The unit has its own private full bathroom with a stand-up shower and a full kitchen with refrigerator, sink, stovetop/oven, microwave, coffee maker, plates, cups and basic utensils.

Unit 3 also has its own private covered rear outdoor area. The front pool and grill area are shared with guests in the other units unless the full property is reserved by one group. The unit is completely independent, with its own exterior front door and no connecting doors to neighboring units.

The property is in Miami’s Upper East Side near the MiMo Biscayne Boulevard Historic District. North Beach and Miami Beach are a convenient drive east across the 79th Street Causeway. The Miami Design District, Midtown, Wynwood and Downtown Miami are also within easy driving distance, depending on traffic. The vibe is urban-residential with mid-century architecture, small local businesses, and growing food and creative scenes.

Walkability: short walks to neighborhood cafés, small grocery/options on NE 79th St and Biscayne Blvd. Public transit: Miami-Dade Transit bus routes run along Biscayne Boulevard and nearby arterials (local buses to Midtown, Downtown and Miami Beach); Miami Trolley has routes and connections in the Upper Eastside corridor. Rail: nearest Metrorail stations are several miles away (use bus or rideshare to transfer). Driving: convenient to I-95 and Biscayne Blvd for local and regional access. Rideshares/taxis widely available. Bicycle: some local bike lanes and flat terrain along Biscayne Corridor, but limited dedicated protected lanes on smaller streets.
