Suite A is a private studio suite designed to give you the comfort and convenience of your own space while keeping you close to everything Woodbridge has to offer.

Although the suite is attached to the main residence, **Suite A is completely private**. Your stay includes your own keypad-secured suite entrance, private bathroom, kitchenette, washer and dryer, sleeping area, dining space, 65" swivel-mounted TV, dedicated heating and air conditioning, and high-speed enterprise-grade Wi-Fi.

Comfortable Sleeping Space:

The suite features a queen-size bed with six convenient pull-out drawers underneath for clothing and personal storage. The two-seat futon converts into a full-size bed, providing additional sleeping space for a third guest. Accommodations for a fourth guest may occasionally be possible with advance approval.

Blackout curtains let you control the amount of daylight in the room, making it easy to create a darker sleeping environment whenever you want.

Private Kitchenette:

Prepare simple meals and snacks in your private kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, sink, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, pots and pans, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, bakeware, and basic kitchen utensils.

The kitchenette does not include a conventional oven, full-size stove, dishwasher, or garbage disposal.

Private Bathroom:

The suite includes a completely private bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity sink, and toilet with bidet. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Work & Entertainment:

Stay connected with fast, enterprise-grade Wi-Fi and a shared 1 GB internet connection, providing plenty of capacity for remote work, video calls, streaming, and everyday browsing.

The 65" TV is mounted on a swivel and can be positioned toward the bed, sofa, or dining area, allowing you to enjoy your favorite entertainment throughout the main living space.

Private Laundry:

A stackable washer and dryer are located inside the suite and are exclusively available to Suite A guests. Please bring your preferred laundry detergent, as detergent is not provided.

Convenient Location:

The suite is conveniently located in Woodbridge, Virginia, with easy access to I-95, shopping, restaurants, hospitals, and public transportation.

Potomac Mills, the Virginia Railway Express Fredericksburg Line, and regional Amtrak service are all within approximately five miles.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is approximately a 30-minute drive in light traffic. Guests who prefer public transportation can also use commuter rail connections to reach the Metro system.

Privacy & Access:

The property has a shared backyard gate used to access the separate guest suites. Once through the gate, Suite A is located on the right and Suite B is on the left.

Your Suite A door is separately secured with a keypad, and **the entire suite is exclusively yours**. No interior space within Suite A is shared with the main house or other guests.

The exterior hallway used when leaving the suite is shared with the main residence. You may occasionally hear someone from the main house entering or leaving through the rear door.

A Note About Train Noise:

The property is located near active railroad tracks, and passing trains can be heard from the suite.

For some guests, the rhythmic sound of passing trains is simply part of the character of the location and can even be relaxing. However, guests who are particularly sensitive to intermittent outdoor noise or are very light sleepers should take this into consideration when booking.
