Spacious 1600 sq ft 3 bedroom condo with bunk room. Ideal for large groups or families. Serene, private patio overlooks the Bird Sanctuary and offers amazing lake views and evening sunset views.
Located in Kelowna's most desirable area, steps away from Tug Boat Beach, the marina, many brewpubs, casino, Prospera Place, and many local favorite restaurants and cafes.
Enjoy underground secure parking, gym access, seasonal outdoor and year-round indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and steam room.
1600 sq ft SPACIOUS 3 bedroom condo with great Bunkroom for the kids. The large master bedroom is separated from the other large second bedroom by the living area. This unit is great for families (multiple) with children, a group of friends, 2-3 couples who are traveling together, or for business travelers (as the Delta Grand Convention Centre & Prospera Centre is nearby). Large groups need to be aware of the noise bylaw that is policed after 10 pm by on-site security.
The Patio is away from the hustle and bustle of the outdoor pool. Retreat to your quiet patio overlooking the Bird Sanctuary. The large patio offers great lake views and the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset.

The large kitchen has all the modern appliances and conveniences, including a large fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, blender, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. Basic spices, oil, vinegars, sugar, coffee/tea, laundry soap, trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper are provided for the first few days to get you going.

Overall very happy stay. Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen, pretty view. Living area floors could have used a steam mopping, and 2 lights out over dining table. Otherwise great, we would recommend and would stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space in the condo! Lots of beds but didn’t feel cramped. The host was very responsive and accommodating which was much appreciated!

Our hockey team came for provincials, it was so great that everyone could stay in the same complex but also not be in a hotel.
Dale was fabulous, super responsive, and even helped our friends find another unit when they wanted to extend their stay.
Would highly recommend, though this unit doesn’t get any morning sun, or much in the afternoon either (stayed in March) but that may change for summer months- though at that time shade is often welcome.

Enjoyed our stay a lot. The unit is spacious, plenty of beds, clean, modern and well-equipped. The location and amenities are also really nice. Thank you - we will be sure to look you up next time!
