In the heart of the Navigli, in one of the most authentic and elegant areas of Milan, this characteristic two-room apartment on several levels is located in Corso San Gottardo 18, inside a refined and typical Milanese banistered house.
The apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached via a short flight of stairs. The rooms combine historic Milanese charm with modern comfort, creating a warm and welcoming space perfect for leisure or business stays.
At the entrance there is a comfortable living room with a dedicated work area. The first bedroom is embellished with a beautiful historic wood-burning fireplace, now with an ornamental function, which gives character and atmosphere to the environment.
Next to the bedroom with double bed there is a large walk-in closet, as well as a full bathroom with shower.
Going up to the upper level you access the kitchen with dining area where we also find a comfortable sofa bed for two additional guests, and upstairs there is a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy moments in the open area in total privacy
The location is ideal for experiencing Milan: a few steps from the Navigli, among restaurants, clubs, boutiques and convenient connections to the historic center and the main attractions of the city.
City Tax: € 9,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights
