The Urban Casa is a newly built residence designed from the start for group stays. The home gives families, friends, and colleagues the space to be together without the usual hotel-room shuffle: three private bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom, plus open spaces for meals, conversation, work, and downtime.

Inside, high ceilings, oversized windows, and natural light set an easy, welcoming tone. The kitchen, living room, dining areas, and backyard are made for gathering; the bedroom layout gives everyone a place to close the door and recharge.

It is a strong fit for wedding weekends, family visits, friend getaways, university trips, business travel, and longer stays in San Antonio.

Three Private Bedroom Suites

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, so guests can stay under one roof without competing for space in the morning or at the end of the day.

First-floor king suite
King bed, private en-suite bathroom, and an oversized 10-foot walk-in shower.

Upstairs king suite
Second king bed, private en-suite bathroom, and a spacious walk-in shower.

Third suite
Two full-size beds, private en-suite bathroom, and a tub.

The shared spaces keep the group connected. The suites keep the stay comfortable.

A Kitchen You Will Actually Use

The kitchen is fully stocked for more than reheating takeout. Start with coffee or espresso, make breakfast, set out brunch, bring home dinner from nearby restaurants, or gather around the island while someone takes over as the unofficial chef.

You will find cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and the everyday basics needed to settle in. The goal is simple: arrive, unpack, and enjoy the house without making an immediate run for forgotten essentials.

The Urban Casa is on Annie Street, alongside Olmos Park, in one of the area’s most established and walkable residential pockets. Mature trees, distinctive homes, coffee, boutiques, wellness studios, and dining are close enough to make a walk part of the day rather than another item on a driving itinerary.

Take a morning walk, grab coffee, browse a boutique, meet friends for dinner, then come back to a quiet residential setting. The location offers the character and walkability of the Olmos Park area while keeping the rest of San Antonio within easy reach.

The spa is inflatable, and we want guests to know that before arrival. It is a relaxed place to unwind, presented honestly and maintained for guest enjoyment.

Simple, Helpful Technology

You should not need a technology degree to enjoy the house. Before arrival, guests receive a digital house guide with Wi-Fi, parking, EV-charger, coffee and espresso, laundry, Roku, thermostat, spa, fire-table, grill, neighborhood, and check-out information.

The Urban Casa is designed for comfortable group stays, not parties or large events. Please respect occupancy limits, parking instructions, quiet hours, and outdoor-use guidelines.

•No smoking or vaping inside the home.

•No unapproved parties or events.

•Children must be appropriately supervised around the outdoor spa, fire table, grill, and other outdoor amenities.

Additional house rules and safety information are provided before and during the stay.

Privacy

There are no cameras inside the home. Exterior cameras are used only for property security and protection. Once you are inside, the space is yours to enjoy privately.

The Urban Casa at Olmos Park was created for the moments that hotels do not handle especially well: everyone getting ready together, coffee around the kitchen island, grandparents with the kids, friends lingering after dinner, and returning from a full day to a home where the group can actually be together.
