Modern 2BR Retreat Near Downtown Birmingham

The whole house, renovated top to bottom and fully furnished. Two bedrooms, two queen beds, one full bath, comfortable for four. Open floor plan with hardwood throughout, a real kitchen with a gas range and center island, washer and dryer in the unit, 500 Mbps wifi, and central heat and air.

Front porch, private side entrance, driveway, and a yard on a quiet tree-lined street. Minutes from downtown Birmingham, UAB and the medical district, Railroad Park, and the airport.

Five night minimum. Travel nurses, families between homes, and contractors, ask about monthly pricing. Check in 3:00 p.m., check out 11:00 a.m. No smoking inside. Pets welcome with prior approval.
