Escape to a beautiful farmhouse on 40 private acres, just minutes from Lake Glenville and a short drive to Cashiers town center.
Wake up to views of Owen Mountain, the sounds of the creek and waterfall, and our miniature donkeys waiting to greet you. Enjoy your morning coffee from the front porch while taking in the peaceful mountain surroundings.
Guests are welcome to explore and hike throughout the 40 acres, wander along the creek, visit the donkeys, or find a quiet spot of your own. Follow the creek to our small waterfall, where a natural shallow water hole is perfect for families to splash, explore, and create sweet country memories together.
Inside, the farmhouse offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with plenty of room to spread out. The king suite features a private en suite with an oversized walk-in shower and separate soaking tub; the perfect place to unwind after a day in the mountains.
The two additional bedrooms each have access to their own bathroom, with the third bedroom offering an especially unique setup for families or couples traveling together. Located on the far side of the house, this studio-style space has its own bedroom, bathroom, and private living/relaxation area. It can be accessed from the main house or through its own exterior entrance allowing the space to be completely separated from the main house when extra privacy is desired.
Spend your days exploring the property, boating on Lake Glenville, discovering nearby waterfalls, trout fishing in local rivers, or enjoying the shops and restaurants of Cashiers. Then come home, settle onto the porch, listen to the creek, and enjoy the quiet.
