Spend your days enjoying everything Lake of the Ozarks has to offer, then return to this third-floor condo for a relaxing evening by the fireplace. Inside, an open living area, well-equipped kitchen, and three comfortable bedrooms give your group plenty of space to settle in and unwind.
The Space:
When you arrive, step onto the private balcony where outdoor seating and water views create a great spot to start or end the day. Back inside, the living room features comfortable seating, a smart TV, and an electric fireplace. The open kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, while the dining area offers seating for four with additional counter seating for two.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and two sinks.
Bedroom #2 includes two twin-size beds.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen-size bed and a smart TV.
There is also a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a single sink.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• This is a third-floor unit. Parking is located on the second floor, and one flight of stairs is required to reach the main entrance.
• Docks are not accessible to guests.
• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Blue parking passes are required and must be displayed at all times.
• Guests are responsible for taking trash to the community dumpsters. A $100 fine applies for trash violations.
• Parking passes must be returned at the end of the stay or a $100 fine per pass will apply.
• Washer and dryer in home.
