Welcome to our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat, situated in the central Piazza XXV Aprile, a few minutes from Garibaldi station and a short walk to the Duomo and all main attractions.

On the 3rd floor WITH elevator, ideal for up to 6 guests + 2 infants (sofa-bed and 2 cots provided for free).

The space
Nestled in the heart of Piazza XXV Aprile, between the vibrant Corso Como and the iconic Corso Garibaldi, our third-floor apartment (with elevator) offers a harmonious blend of comfort and convenience.

The master bedroom invites restful sleep with its king-sized bed, while the secondary bedroom boasts two comfortable single beds. In the fully-equipped kitchen, you'll find all you need, from a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee to a dishwasher for easy clean-ups. Cooking enthusiasts will appreciate the array of utensils and appliances, including a microwave, juicer, and toaster.

A dedicated washer and dryer make laundry hassle-free. Both bathrooms are spacious, each fitted with modern amenities—one with a refreshing shower and the other with a combined bathtub and shower.

After a day of exploring Milan, kick back and enjoy a movie on the smart TV, complete with Netflix. Plus, if you're driving, you'll value our private underground garage, conveniently located right in front of the apartment and outside the "Area C", ensuring smooth, fee-less access.

Guest access
The entire apartment will be at your disposal and washer and dryer are located in the flat for private use.

The main door is an armored door, and each window is equipped with rolling shutters.

A doorman is on hand if you need anything: Monday–Friday, 8:30–12:30, and Saturday 8:30–11:30.

The underground garage (5,30m length, 2,35m door width / 2,65m body width and 2,10m height) is private with its own lockable door.

Both listing and garage are reachable by elevator, and they are both located just outside "Area C" so you will be able to access them freely.

Other things to note
To operate the roller shutters on the windows, pull the strap upward from the bottom to lower the shutters, or pull it downward to raise them.

When booking please let us know as your arrival and departure times, so that we can organize accordingly.

Check-in is after 16:00 and check-out is before 11:00am, but we are flexible according to the availability. So let us know before you arrive so that we can find a solution which is best for you!

Also please let us know should you have any special need or request we need to know before your arrival and we will do everything possible to make it happen!

HOUSE RULES AND SECURITY
Quiet hours are 20:00-08:00. No parties or events, smoking or vaping. Only registered guests may enter; visitors require prior host approval. Please check that the reservation shows the correct total number of guests and tell us about any changes before arrival. The price depends on the number of guests. Please keep noise low inside the apartment and in shared spaces, as sound travels easily to neighbouring apartments.

An exterior security camera records the apartment entrance and external common areas, not the apartment interior.
