CASA MIRADOR is a 2,000 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath, luxury penthouse located in the Romantic Zone. It features custom furniture, high end finishes, Sonos, Echelon Bike and also has a heated private infinity plunge pool and outdoor terrace.
The property offers a truly breathtaking view of the coastline and city.
The nine-unit building is nestled into a hillside in Amapas, above the Romantic Zone and Los Muertos Beach, in a quiet neighbourhood. ‘Casa Mirador’ translates to ‘Lookout House’ and speaks to the stunning view overlooking Banderas Bay, the Sierra Madre foothills, Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and the rooftops of romantic Old Vallarta.
The décor is stylish, custom made furniture, ceilings with exposed wooden beams, hacienda-evoking white walls, a cupula, custom stained glass features, natural stone floors, lush planters, and heated pool.
There are overhead fans and zoned air-conditioning throughout. Two large bedrooms each have adjoining ensuite bathrooms and king size beds. Sliding glass doors extend the master bedroom and living space to the large terrace and view. The terrace features a gas BBQ, an outdoor dining table for 6 and views that are "to die for".
KITCHEN AMENITIES
The open, gourmet kitchen has been updated with all new appliances including: gas cooktop, oven, refrigerator with filtered water/icemaker, dishwasher, toaster oven/ air fryer and wine fridge. The kitchen is truly equipped to prepare meals (pans, pots, utensils, cutlery, dishes, glassware etc) and beverages (blender, coffee maker and press, kettle). Filtered water is on-tap. There is a 6-person dining table inside, and a bistro table outside.
BATHROOM AMENITIES
A generous amount of bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath matts and beach towels are on-hand. As well, each shower is equipped with premium body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

The home is equipped with a 50" 4K television + AppleTV in each bedroom and a SONOS wireless sound system to stream music. Fiberoptic internet is included, with wifi throughout the home.
