Al "Your Tuscan Retreat", la vacanza ha tutto un altro ritmo.
È il posto perfetto se sogni giornate immerse nella natura, lontano dal caos e dai rumori, dove l’unico sottofondo è quello del vento tra gli alberi. Una pausa vera, fatta di tranquillità, buon cibo e momenti da condividere con chi ami.
"Your Tuscan Retreat" è un accogliente bilocale di circa 60 m² al pianterreno, perfetto per chi cerca un ambiente intimo ma funzionale, con tanti spazi all’aperto da vivere in totale relax.
Appena entri trovi un soggiorno luminoso con zona pranzo, televisore e condizionatore caldo/freddo.
C’è un comodo divano che può diventare un letto matrimoniale e un tavolo dove godersi colazioni lente o cene in compagnia.
La cucina è a vista, pratica e ben attrezzata con forno, piano a induzione a 4 piastre, tostapane, bollitore elettrico, macchina da caffè, frigo con congelatore. Dal soggiorno si accede direttamente alla veranda, ideale per rilassarsi all’aria aperta.
La camera da letto è molto spaziosa. Dispone di un letto matrimoniale , con portafinestra per uscire direttamente sul giardino, perfetto per svegliarsi e fare due passi nel verde appena alzati. Ci sono due comodini, un armadio con grucce, condizionatore caldo/freddo e il modem per la wifi.
Il bagno ha un antibagno ed è completo di doccia, bidet, WC, lavatrice e asciugacapelli.
L’appartamento è dotato di condizionatore caldo/freddo, così da garantire comfort in ogni stagione.
All’esterno ti aspetta un giardino di circa 65 mq, un porticato arredato con mobili da giardino e barbecue: lo spazio perfetto per pranzi all’aperto, grigliate al tramonto o semplicemente per godersi un po’ di relax.
A disposizione degli ospiti anche lavatrice, ferro da stiro, zanzariere e connessione Wi-Fi gratuita.

Your Tuscan Retreat is a cozy 60 m² ground‑floor apartment, ideal for those seeking an intimate yet functional space, with plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy in total relaxation.
As you walk in, you’ll find a bright living room with a dining area, TV, and hot/cold air conditioning.
There’s a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed, and a table perfect for slow breakfasts or dinners with friends.
The open‑plan kitchen is practical and fully equipped with an oven, 4‑burner induction hob, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, and fridge with freezer. From the living room, you can step directly onto the veranda — an ideal spot to unwind outdoors.
The bedroom is very spacious, featuring a double bed and a French door that opens directly onto the garden — perfect for waking up and stepping into the greenery first thing in the morning.
It includes two bedside tables, a wardrobe with hangers, hot/cold air conditioning, and the Wi‑Fi modem.
The bathroom has an anteroom and is fully equipped with a shower, bidet, WC, washing machine, and hairdryer.
The apartment features hot/cold air conditioning throughout, ensuring comfort in every season.
