Our spacious, luxurious condo is set up with many amenities to make your stay simple and relaxing. Enjoy the river walk, nearby nature trails, and seasonal outdoor pools that are included with your reservation. Complimentary Wifi and cable television are also provided. The condo is conveniently located on a resort with a pro shop and golf course, mini golf course, zip line, and arcade available directly from the resort for additional fees.

NOTE: The resort has a modest waterpark NOT included with your reservation. The resort has not been selling day passes, but I can recommend many options nearby to meet your needs. Our rates have been adjusted accordingly.

This fifth floor condo includes a:

King bedroom suite with fireplace, television, and full sized bathroom

Double queen bedroom with a full family bathroom off the living area

Private but connected unit with two queen beds, full bathroom, sofa bed, balcony, living area, mini fridge, and microwave.

Kitchen with ceramic and plastic service, cookware, utensils, and basic cooking products (e.g. cooking oil, basic seasonings, etc.).

Two fireplaces, four televisions, and jacuzzi hot tub with soothing salts.

For families with children we provide a pack-n-play, booster seat with tray top, bath toys, hooded towels, tear-free shampoo, puzzles, and children`s books.

Couples and friend groups will enjoy the jacuzzi, fireplaces, coffee bar, and kitchen equipped for making meals. All beds are made up with 500 count Egyptian cotton blend linens and light down comforters for a good night`s rest, with additional pillows and blankets available. 14 bath towels, chenille bath mats, and hand towels and wash clothes are available for your stay. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in each bathroom.

The condo offers lots of space for being together and also private spaces with two large bedrooms and a private bedroom/living space unit that is perfect for older children or multi-family groups.

Pets with well behaved owners are welcome. :-)

You have full access to this private condo as if it were your own. You will access it via a key code that will be provided via AirBnB message a couple hours prior to check-in. You may park at any open space on the resort, free of charge.

Elevators are available at the condo lobby and throughout the resort.

From Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend you will have access for three outdoor pools - one directly outside the condo lobby with basketball hoops, one lazy river for small children, and one wave pool at the back of the resort on the beautiful Wisconsin River. Pool hours and closings for maintenance are subject to the resort schedule. Please check with the resort for updated schedules.

The Chula Vista resort is located in a beautiful area, along the Wisconsin River and close to many attractions - sports events, nature, water parks, magic shows, brew pubs, and more. The hotel area of the resort has a Starbucks, gift shop, snack bar, restaurant and grill that serves all meals, and a truly exquisite chop house with the best steaks we have had anywhere.

Note that this is a privately owned condo, so HOUSEKEEPING IS NOT PROVIDED from the resort staff during your stay. We endeavor to provide you with all you need for a comfortable stay with necessary amenities (e.g. dishwasher with soap, shared laundry, etc.).

REMINDER: Chula Vista may not sell waterpark passes to guests who do not book directly through the resort. If that is your main interest, book directly through Chula Vista. If you are coming for the larger waterparks or attractions, I am happy to make recommendations!
