There is a fully stocked with everything you need, including a combination 12-cup/Keurig coffee maker and a separate French press for the coffee aficionado. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable, full size washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning. Boat space on the dock is not reserved for renters. Seaglass does not allow pets and is strictly non-smoking. Must be 25 or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.
