The Punta Braccetto beachfront villa is spread over two floors. Outside, with a private entrance, there is a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and a free reserved parking space. Inside, on the first floor, there is a large, bright living room with two sofa beds; a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, such as an oven and refrigerator, kitchen utensils, and a coffee maker; three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with a single bed, with the option to add another small bed; and two bathrooms with showers and towels. In addition, you can rent beach chairs, umbrellas, canoes, and bicycles.
The first floor is also available and features the same amenities as the first floor (kitchen, living room, three double bedrooms, and three bathrooms)
