Welcome to one of the original farm houses in coveted Brookhaven. This location can't be beat, with Penn Square Mall, Classen Curve, Chesapeake Energy, and Integris Medical Center just up the street. This genuine farm house has been updated for all the modern convivences and has a fun style making it a truly unique and comfortable stay. Each of the two bedrooms has a dedicated full bathroom, each updated for a modern feel. Has a large open kitchen, separate work area, and full size washer/dryer.
The Space:
Open concept kitchen and dining opening to a comfortable living room with office or reading area. One bedroom upstairs and one downstairs. Each bedroom has a dedicated full size bathroom. Back yard a very large and open. Seating for 4 on the back patio looking into a green belt for a more secluded feel.
Guest Access:
Self entry to the house via a lock box on the front door. Parking in the driveway or a small one car garage which is available for guests.
The Neighborhood:
Brookhaven is a very quiet neighborhood centrally located in OKC. The neighborhood is a mix of homes built in the early 1900s as well as new ultra modern homes. Up the street from Classen Curve, Chesapeake Energy, Penn Square Mall, and Integris Med Center with easy highway access. Can be in down town OKC in a few minutes.

House has a basement which can act as a storm shelter if needed.
